1. 如果你们的产品目前材料价格稳定并且因为汇率利好,有充足利润空间可以下调价格,那么此时可以这样通知客户:
We’ve reviewed and just lowered the price on xxxx. Here’s the latest quotation:xxxx (一定记得备注价格有效期,比如Price is valid from now until 24th May) 通过复核,我们刚刚调低了价格。这是最新报价:xxxx,有效期从即日起至5月24日。
2. 借此促单,写给老客户
We are always happy to give surprises to our loyal customers. This is to inform you that our company is offering you a discount of 5% on item number xxxx. Price validity: 1 week.
我们一直很高兴为我们的忠实客户带来惊喜。现通知您,我公司对xxxx号商品给予5%的折扣。有效期:1周。

不建议主动提及原因,但如果客户问及,不要单说汇率利好,以免客户往后的注意力会盯着汇率。
可以说综合汇率和材料价格: Because RMB keeps falling against the dollar and we also reviewed the market trend including the raw material charge, thus we provide you with the discount for this period.
